Refund Policy

If you purchased Danki through our website, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the charge. This covers Pro monthly and annual charges, lifetime Pro, subscription renewals, and any previously purchased add-on.

The 30-day window applies to the specific payment you want refunded. Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for Danki website purchases and processes the refund.

Use the support link in your Paddle receipt, visit Paddle's buyer support site, or contact Danki support. Include the email address used for the purchase and the order or transaction number, if available. Never send full card details.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on the payment provider and your bank. Access granted by a refunded purchase ends when the refund takes effect.

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Use the management link in your receipt or the provider where you subscribed. Without a refund, paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Canceling does not itself request a refund. If you also want a website charge refunded, submit that request within the 30-day window.

Apple handles billing and refund decisions for purchases made through the App Store or Apple's in-app purchase system. Our website's 30-day refund policy does not apply to Apple-billed purchases.

Request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility is determined by Apple under its policies and applicable law.

Google Play handles payment for the one-time paid Android download. Our website's 30-day refund policy does not apply to Google Play purchases.

To request a refund, use Google Play's refund process. Eligibility depends on Google Play's policies, when and where you purchased the app, and applicable law. You may also contact Danki support about a purchase issue.

This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable consumer-protection laws. Additional refund or withdrawal rights may apply under Paddle's, Apple's, or Google Play's policies.
